Does anyone know how to file an RMA with Flash Furniture? I can't get anyone at Best Buy's customer service number to help. I also keep getting international people who really don't have a clue, so I keep calling back to get an American. If you press enough buttons, and keep calling back, you'll eventually get someone domestic. Unfortately it's a Saturday so I will have to wait till Monday.

I purchased a chair a couple years ago and one of the arms just came off one day, the warranty process was a bit frustrating on that one for sure. I am not certain of the warranty process that Flash Furniture requires, but I was able to locate some information regarding their manufacturer warranty. It looks like they also have an e-mail contact if you are having trouble getting support over the phone. I hope this information can point you in the right direction! Have a great weekend!

I contacted Flash Furniture and they could not have been more awesome.
I contacted email@example.com to explain that the chair kept sinking, and was told "your replacement part is on the way.." Ok, I had not given them my address or anything so was very confused so to be safe, I sent them my contact information and my receipt.
A week later a new piston for my chair showed up! I guess perhaps they used my email address to get the information from Best Buy? Either way I could not be happier. Realy, I was very worried since I could NOT go back to Best Buy about this, what would I do? Very happy with the result.
