****Since you already have service with TMobile , call them after 40 days of service and request them to unlock the phone "INTERNATIONALLY" for you.  I just did that 3 days ago and now my Iphone 7 plus is unlocked "Internationally", had tested it with a HK and Taiwan sim card, both worked just fine.

Hello, My name is Sandra, I´m from Brazil, and I bought an Iphone 7 128GB black in Best Buy Miami Beach store on Dec, 29, 2016. The cell phone was supposed to be unlock, once I explained that I would use it in Brazil, asked to unlock and paid for the service. When I returned to Brazil, I tryied to use the cell phone but it was not possible, because it is blocked. I tried to fix it in Apple in Brazil but it was not possible. Can you please help me with this issue?

Best buy sells "Universal unlocked" IPhones, not "Internationally Unlocked", meaning it can ONLY be used in the US. If you want it to be UNLOCKED "Internationally" so that you can use it in Brazil, you have to FIRST unlock the phone with a US sim card (Verizon, TMobile,AT&T or Sprint), then call the chosen carrier to unlock it for you. That's the only way

Dear Best Buy, We were at Best Buy #103 17545 Gale Avennue , CA 91748 We were attended by David S. that we will be using the iPhone in Indonesia, therefore it is for International use. However, after returning back to INDONESIA, we are not able to use the iphone 7S because Simcard does not support , it is locked. Can you please help us in this matter.. Urgent.. Thank you

we have bought 2 iphone 6s UNV in massachussets and the sales guy mention that they would be working fine out of the country even . 

Now i am at india and got struck with this . These phones do not work in India . Please let us know solution for this

OMG, I bought my unlocked iphone7 in the Same Store.....i went back to ask for help, wasted my time....

As Best Buy does not offer a service to unlock phones, you would need to contact the carrier with which you are wanting to activate the phone for further assistance.

Mpamis2001， Your reply is really helpful because it really save us time by directly telling us Best Buy is not going to help after misleading us in the store for our purchases.
You know what we never expect Best Buy would offer "unlock" the phones as a service while we the victims purchased the phones with the product description "UNLOCKED" that still need to be unlocked. Again，the blue shirts said there is no restriction to use any sim any countries before we purchase the phone. After the purchase，Best Buy telling all victims the phones were locked by carriers and Best Buy can do nothing about this.

I am really disappointed Best buy do this to us. In fact，I am actually standing in the same BB store while typing this reply because BB is still a good place to shop. But this story telling me，no more Blue Shirts are trusted.
