Car audio

I booked an appointment to have a head unit and possibly a subwoofer and amp installed. When I got there I found out it was booked as a consultation. Come to find out no stores carry any actual equipment anymore. So even if I did book an installation there would be nothing to install! Now the guys in the shop were helpful to the point I'm writing y'all on their and my behalf. There is not reason that y'all shouldn't have speakers and car audio in general on hand! It's been a time for me to even be looking at car audio but back in the day it was one of my favorite activities walking into the store and checking out the different sub set ups and testing out the deck equalizers. Y'all don't have none of that now. What was once a corner of the building is now reduced to a half an aisle! And I found out further more that the guys are forced to send people elsewhere (god bless them) to even find equipment due to not having anything on hand! So basically if you want car audio you are forced to order online get it shipped to you and do a self install or book an appointment and you better make sure you yourself has all the equipment because there is nothing in stock at an actual STORE anywhere! The other stores are worse off than the one I went to! I wasted an hour of driving to go to this point appointment and gas not to mention my dog peed in the house due to my wasted trip. And I come out of it with more questions about what's going on with the company and corporate office than I had answers about actual car audio! No amps on stock, barely, no decks, no subs, no mounting equipment, nothing! And the guys working are trying there best to do what they can with nothing on hand. Man, y'all gotta do something! Get them supplied and idk if you can or will do anything for me cause...

I figured I wouldn't receive any compensation as it was not my intention to do so. I merely want the problem resolved for you staff as well as future customers. It was a waste of my time and your employees the whole way around from the phone call to the appointment. How do you expect any business to be conducted if there is no product?!

I totally understand, Billbob. This is why I advised, I had documented this for internal review at a corporate level. I only mentioned that from that documentation, you would not be receiving any type of communication, as it gets handled internally. Thanks again for reaching out and sharing this with us!

Please keep me posted. I have since(yesterday) bought 2 subwoofer that y'all didn't have in stock cheaper than y'all could sell them to me, and am looking for a 3rd and amplifiers to power them all. As well as a head unit to control the whole system. Keep me posted
