Cannot purchase anything from bestbuy.com!!

This is getting very frustrating today i had my order canceled 4 times! Spent all day long on the phone with Best Buy customer service who kept giving me the run around, hanging up on me, saying my card information must not be right, it is I just made a purchase with the same card and information a week ago, I finally got a competent customer service representative who made me a case with the “verification team” this is the email I got back from them

“ Dear JUSTIN,

Thank you for your order. We apologize for any inconvenience the cancellation may have caused. Unfortunately, we will be unable to process your orders on Bestbuy.com. Please purchase directly from your nearest Best Buy location in the future.”

They literally pretty much said “ oh well we can’t help you and you can’t order from our site anymore, you have to go to the store from now on and make purchases!”

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RIDICULOUS!

How could a business act this way to a customer who has spent thousands of dollars at their store and online. All of a sudden I cannot make purchases online and NO ONE can fix it or give me an answer!? This is honestly astonishing. Can someone please help me fix this situation I can honestly not believe I was told “oh well! You can’t purchase online anymore, go to the store and buy your items” so UNPROFESSIONAL. I want ANSWERS. As I spent all day on the phone with customer service getting hung up on and getting the run around with no answers or help at all. Please can some competent employee help me fix this so I can make online purchases? It would be GREATLY appreciated.

The verification team is the one responsible for making that determination, so you most certainly already received the correct answer on the matter.  Generally, when the verifications team has determined they can no longer process orders for you they will not elaborate further.

What a joke your company is, I will be blasting this message all over your social media accounts until this issue gets taken care of, I spend countless amounts of money at Best Buy and I cannot purchase anything from your site anymore for no reason? What a joke, and you say i most certainly revived the correct answer!? What answer I got no answer!! You all are incompetent and USELESS

It may not be the answer you wanted, but it was provided by the team in charge of accepting or declining online business.  You are still free to shop within Best Buy retail locations.
