I was made an order in-store and pick up late, but after that, I decide to cancel because it takes a long time to wait before it can pick up. I check my purchase history couple minutes ago and notices that the order I canceled, the status was changed to exchange, followed by gift card sales and it was purchased in-store. I hadn't given the right to do that and I don't want to refund me in this way. Also, where is the gift card? I only received the email said my canceled was approved but I didn't receive any email talks about the gift card. Anyone can explain this?
