I puchased a pair of $300 headphones online and did an in-store pickup. The headhones work fine and there is nothing wrong with them. The problem is I would like a different colored one. Can I do an exchange at a store?

you're welcome to make any return and exchange you wish with within your respected return and exchange period. Please know in advance that the color change would mean a different model number and SKU. That said, if the new headphones are at a different cost, you'd be paying the difference.
Be sure to return the headphones with all the contents it returned with so no fees are deducted.

Under our Return & Exchange Promise, you'd have 15 days to return the headphones, or a bit longer if you are an Elite or Elite Plus My Best Buy member. You would need to pay any difference in price for a different color.
