Beware of Best Buy’s return policy for cash purchases and the insane 7 week wait time. I’m honestly feel robbed of my money. I purchased an iPad Pro back in February 6th, 2019. For my own reasons, I returned the product the following day. At the Henderson Best Buy in Nevada, the team member refused to give me cash back for the cash I used to purchase the product. Best Buy will hold your money hostage over $800 and send it in 10 days. The team member was clueless that this was their protocol and almost handed me cash. I was prompted to enter my information and just given a receipt and a have a nice day.

Waited 10 days. Nothing. Called on the 15th day, they said to wait another week. Called on the 25th day of nothing in the mail, they said to wait another week or to go to the store. I went to the store to check the status of the refund check and they had no information on their end. I proceeded to talk to a manager on Best Buy’s 1-800 number and they opened a case after a month. All this company can do is offer apologizes instead of expediting an issue that could get worse.

It’s March 25th, 2019 and I just spoke with the Best Buy’s POS department via phone and was told my case will now be investigated. This email they need to send and review will take another 14 days to come to a conclusion to reissue a check for me.

I feel this corporation has more power over me giving me more days to wait and not being upfront in honest. I purchased a product and returned it properly and expect to get my hard earned money for it. So I ask you, the reader, comment, share this and help me get some power over them to resolve this issue.

I also WILL NEVER support Best Buy Corporation and have enough friends/family I can share of my horrible experience with them. In this world of trending news, I hope and pray my side of the story gets heard and amplified.

I will find justice to the time I’ve spent waiting for my money. Please, again I ask you to help a consumer against a giant company and their lack of support!

DO NOT PAY CASH over $800 to this store, the chances of them making a mistake is very high and the wait times will get you mad! BETTER YET, don’t BUY front BEST BUY!
