I had purschase a TV form the Best Buy in Columbus Ohio when I gotten home and open the Box the screen is broken I took it back to the Store the same day to exchange the store refused to exchange the TV
Told me to call Samsung which I did they told me that it Best Buy problem to take care of me The Manger that I spoke with told me that it could had happen in shipping if you know this why not let me exchange this TV How can I get this taken care of and not lose my money
