As a long time client I am very disatified with my recent purchase( or non purchase)- I went to my local best buy and they said a nearby store had a set of open box speakers and they would sell them for the price on BB web site- I paid for the speakers and never heard back from them on when they would be at the store- I went back 3 times in over a week and finally tonight they said - sorry even though we sold you an open box that showed in our corp. inventory they were not open box but we will refund your money- I already have sold my existing pair of speakers and have wasted over a week of my time and having to drive to the store to check up as no one ever called me back- This is not how a long time client should be treated- Now I have sold my speakers and BB renegged on the purchase after I bought the new speakers-
