A little over a year ago I bought a new phone in store. I was given the choice between Verizon and BestBuy Geek Squad protection. Since BestBuy is nearby and I was told I could bring it in the store for repairs, I choose BestBuy. I understood about the $200 deductible to replace phones, but with just a cracked screen it would be $60 to get it repaired in the store. No one mentioned the only store that does repairs in Florida is about an hour away in Orlando (without traffic) and that my only other option would be to get a phone replacement mailed to me for the full $200. I'm sure they'll just fix my screen and sell it for the full refurbished value to someone else.
Had I known any of this, I gladly would have choosen the Verizon protection plan that will send someone to your house to fix your screen for $30. Very unhappy and will not be purchasing another phone here.

I use my phone for almost everything so I know I would want to get my phone repaired as quickly as possible. We do offer same day repairs at select stores for both iPhone and Samsung mobile phones. We understand that it may not be possible or convenient to visit these locations so we do still offer Express Replacement for cell phones under a Geek Squad Protection plan.
