Wow on the app before I went there to the store it's said any fire TV come with a echo Dot and when I got to the store invite the TV they said it didn't now I see it again on the website that it comes with an echo.

That chat you posted looks like it is from our Geek Squad Remote Support team. That team is set up to deal with computer repairs rather than customer service. I do believe they got you the correct information, however. You'll likely need to go back to the store to get that promotion fulfilled.
