Bought a camera for a gift.

I bought a camera body from the Wausau Best Buy store on November 9, 2019. They claimed they had the body in stock at their store and they went off. I waited for over 10 minutes to find the workers that were helping me helping other customers and I had to go find someone else to find what I was looking for. The guy comes back and tells me they do not have it in stock but they could order it and have it shipped to my house and that I would get it by November 12, 2019. I get an email stating that my order has been delayed with no reason why and that if I don't get it by December 12, 2019 they will cancel it for me. I was promised I'd get the camera in time because this was a birthday gift. I do have this camera on the credit card that I was able to apply through you guys and for your guys sake, I talked to a guy and they told me they cant have it shipped to the store so I could pick it up myself so I could get it on time, because it is packaged and ready to be shipped and he gave me the shipping number. I go and check the shipping number that I was given and they have no record that tracking number. I am not pleased with this service, in store and online. This will be the last time I ever get something from you guys.
