I bought a LG tv for $1600 with an extended warranty last night, on my Bestbuy credit card. When I got home and opened the box, it was a used Samsung tv, someone switched out the tv intentionally. There was packing material from Samsung, and LG inside the box. I talked to 2 different managers at the Merced CA Best Buy, and neither will help me. I filed a complaint with Citibank and I refuse to pay for it. If anyone has advise, please let me know.
