I ordered an open box "excellent" TV from your Manchester NH store(a 6 hour round trip drive). Picked it up today. The loaded it in before I had a chance to notice it was not in original box. I got it home to fine the generic box, the missing documentation, the controls and stand screws in a ziploc back taped directly to the screen and NO STAND!!!!!!
Contacted your online support chat and was told they could do nothing and I needed to go back to the store that sold it(can't call them since your phone system doesn't allow calling stores anymore). I was offered no replacement, no part replacement, and no discounts.
So I paid OpenBox "Excellent" price for your Open Box "Fair" condition item and have no reasonable recourse?
No wonder you guys are selling grills now you haven't a clue how to sell tech or how to support your customers.
