Bestbuy has the worst customer expericer so far, and this is not the first time, I have been trying to order stuff from best buy last year as well reference order nubers:
And the frustrating part is every time I talk to a customer support, they ask for all these details every time, (trust me I have spent like more than 100 hours with support team to get this working)
It feels like they dont need me as customer but they sure do need my money.

And it also happens with me in the store. not sure sure what else to do.
I have spent alot of time and energy and it is very frustrating, to get any response from support team.
Sometime the support team says me to go in store to plance the order and the in store associates, will redirect me to place the order online
I have been just bounced off from one store to another and no one ever listen to me.
I just need to reddem my $110 on gift card, and I am never going to visit best buy again.

talked to the customer support again they told me place an order, i placed it

my order still got canceled, i used apple pay to pay.
can someone really escalate this, to help me with my account.
