Bestbuy keeps cancelling my order without telling me why

I keep paying, i keep putting my info, my email, my creditcard which is at my name, my address which is the one i live in. I've changed numbers between the two orders, one was by mistake but the second one was my aunts number because i don't have one of my own. It was a digital purchase so a store pickup isn't a thing i could or want to do. I am getting no answers. The only thing i receive is "your order was cancelled unable to verify information" it doesn't specify which information they are not able to verify, is it the phone? Is it the credit card? The address? What?

Thanks for the post! I know a cancelled order can be a bit confusing, especially when it comes as a surprise. While orders can be cancelled for a variety of reasons having to do with the verification, I'd be happy to take a look at this and see if I can find out more information.
