Bestbuy had ripped me off

I have ordered the “MSI - Optix MAG27CQ 27" LED Curved QHD FreeSync Monitor - Black/Red” but it went to the store called them up asked if they could ship it to my house they said yes no problem. We will send you a new email with the new tracking in a few minutes. Three days later I got no message. I called them up to see what happen, they sold it to a different customer. I now have to wait 2 weeks for them to even start shipping. And didn’t get reimbursed for this crap they pulled (excuse my language). I hope you guys can teach your guys in Anchorage Alaska diamond mall some manners for customers. I don’t think I will buy on Best Buy again for this.

Changing an order to be shipped may actually change where the monitor is set to be fulfilled from systematically. Not all of our Best Buy store locations are able to ship directly to our customers.
