Hi,
I bought an Iphone 14 Pro from Best Buy and paid the full price and prior to picking up the phone in the store i activated it online with at&t. Used it fine for 14 days without any issue.
After 14 days were up and the phone is no longer returnable the iphone was blacklisted by at&t from their service and when i called them and asked the reason they told me the iphone was reported stolen by Verizon and they can't do anything to remove the block since it's done by a third party. So i went to the Best Buy store explained the rep what has happed talked with the store manager also but they did not do anything and took no responsibility at all and asked me to chek with Verizon and Apple directly.
Next i went to Verizon and explained what happhed and presented them the purchased receipt from best buy but they told me since i did not purchased the phone from them directly they are unable to help me. Went to Apple store and they also did not provide any meaningful help since this is not an apple id issue.
In the last two days I went to two best buy stores, at&t store, verizon store and apple store and also without a cell service for the past two days.
Both the best buy stores that i went to so far took no responsibility at all on what happened.
Do Best Buy care about their customers? I don't believe i will buy anything from them going forward.

My Phone is reported stolen by Verizon and blacklisted.
I spoke with Verizon Fraud department yesterday and the agent told me that if a bestbuy employee verfies that my purchase of iphone 14 pro is legitmate they will remove the block. They will only take any action if a authorized retailer in this case best buy communicates with them regarding this issue.
Can someone from your team connect with Verzon and correct the issue?
