This is worst place ever.
Waited 45 minutes, then been told our turn is the next one.
When I complained that they passed us, A sailsman called Tawfik yelled at us, shouted in our faces.
When I asked him for his name, he took off his name tag, throw it in front of me, over the glass counter!!
His manager named Cal, was standing watching, I asked him to handle the situation, as he already knew us waiting for very long time, but he just covered his colleague’s rudeness attitude, didn't apologize, and said that even if we complain, bestbuy customer service will send us back to him, as a way to show us, that even if we complain, it's a dead-end.
I’ll call customer service today, email my complain to any email I’ll find for bestbuy’s staff/team, will tell it over all the social media. I won’t let it go easily.
I want to have an official path for my complain.
