Trying to see if there is anything i can do
i purchased an open box laptop out of their outlet location, i placed an online order for the item twice but got cancelled because of item availability. Weird considering that the actual item was in fronr of us
Ended up purchasing the item at stor prce *about $250 extra, with the advise to try to do a price match over the phone (with the Best Buy website price as to be matched)
Now when i call they refuse to assist, because price match does not apply to open boxes. Store cant help because they can lower the price.
I am considering retuning the item, anyone ran into this issue before?
