I returned the Macbook Air on 02/06/23 and it always take only 2 days for best buy to recieve return. However it still says " In Transit " meaning the package is lost in transit. I am freaking out because it is almost close to a month. best buy agents told me they created cases multiple times to investigate this but I have not heard back from them after being told they will get back to me within 24 hours. UPS told me that the claim has to be created by Best Buy because they created the return. UPS can't help me and it seems BEST BUY doesn't want to help me. I followed return procedures created by Best Buy and now I am stuck with big charge on my credit card. Please help!!!

Having to wait for funds to be returned for an item that you no longer have is beyond frustrating.
