Best buy lost my package

send my pc by guarantee and they after the time warned tell me that they lost my pc and that they want to reimburse me I can resivir something else apart from the refund since they made me spy for all the time bone they told me 2 to 6 weeks and wait 6 weeks and something and then they told me that they lost my pc, then I can resent something other than my refund money for the annoyance.
