Best buy doral 10760 NW 17th St, Miami, FL 33172 "manager" Ginnie

I was making a purchase and I noticed the item I was buying was an open product and online you have several different pricing options for these items. There was no price or anyone to help me in the section I was looking at so I went up to the front desk asking about pricing based on what I saw online. The person helping me wasnt sure about anything and if he could change the price. So he asked this girl ginnie to come over she seemed really annoyed just having to come over. She wouldn't answer any of my questions I'm not sure she really knew the answer of why the different prices but she was literally looking at me like I was an idiot because I was trying to find out some answers. She literally kept repeating the same thing over and over regardless of what I asked her until she just walked away I was asking for her name and she just walked away and the other associates there would not provide me with their name or her name. They also didnt provide me with any Warranty information I had to return to the store and almost missed out on it because they didn't want to answer any of my questions.

Thanks for joining the Best Buy Community forums. I know when I buy an open-box product I want to make sure what kind of coverage I am getting and what kind of discount it has. I'm sorry that Ginny wasn't able to help you out with that and provided a poor service experience. 

 

Please send me a private message by using the link in my signature with your name, email address, and phone number, along with the time and date of your visit to the store in Miami. Please also send along the customer service PIN from the bottom of your purchase receipt.

 

This should let me document this in our corporate systems as well as alert the appropriate teams so we can work to make sure we're providing top notch service going forward.
