What is the contact email for Best buy Sammamish/Issaquah manager?
I went into best buy to buy advance tech or whatever sound system costing about 4.5k. I made three trips to the store, every time I was promised that I will get a quote I did not get anything.
In the meanwhile I realized that what I am really looking for Dolby digital and DTX:s. So I bought Samsung sound bar system for 2k.
One extra smart guy then called me about the quote. I told him that I already bought the sound bar. This idiot tells me that this is a big step down but if I am happy with it then so be it.
This happened on last Friday. I was simmering for 3 days. Today I am calm enough to report this.

I remember one time, long before I worked for Best Buy, where I had decided to upgrade my car stereo. I selected a retailer and went in to discuss my needs. After 30 minutes, I walked back out. I didn't get the help I needed and I was both crushingly disappointed and irate. That's the long way of saying that I think I can put myself in your shoes enough to imagine your frustration, especially after you gave our representatives at the Issaquah store three opportunities to help you. To have that additionally complicated by an interaction with a member of our team who seems to have been overly glib just salts the wound. I apologize for our having disappointed you.
