Best Buy stole 1500$ from me

I purchased a washer and dryer from Best Buy on Lubbock, Texas on November 2nd, 2019 with 1500$ cash and the salesman guaranteed me it would fit properly. it was delivered to my apartment on November the 6th, 2019 and the way Geek squad placed it in my home it did not fit. I called on November 13th and all i got was the run around. one person told me that i couldn't get my money back, so then i demanded to speak to a manager. the manager then proceed to tell me i would be getting a check from the corporate office 3-5 business days from the date of the return because i made the purchase in cash and it was over 800$ i had to get a check, i then had to schedule it to be picked up from my house which was another hassle, the associate stated that he would have his manager call me back in a few hours, which was shady as well all i wanted was a pickup date for the washer and dryer. at approximately midnight i received a text on my cellphone from someone saying here is proof that a pick up date was scheduled that date was set for November 16th, 2019. so with all the frustration i waited for that day to come, needless to say they picked up the items and left. now i was stuck waiting for a check with my refund. i called customer care everyday asking about my refund check, they all assured me it was in the mail and would be to my house on November 28, 2019. well November 28th came i checked my mail, still no check, so i called the corporate office number that i found online. and demanded that i speak speak to someone regarding this matter. i ended up getting to some corporate administration, she informed me that i was not receiving a check, because the store refunded me in cash. Which does not make any sense, because i was told i could not receive that amount of cash in store. she then referred me back to the store to discuss this with the GM. again i got nowhere, i was out of town when the GM stated that he saw on camera that he refunded me the money. i then asked if he asKed for that individuals ID he proceed to say no. SO NOW I AM LIVID. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND THAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET DAYS AGO. THEN HE IS SAYING THEY GAVE MY REFUND TO SOMEONE ELSE. WHICH AGAIN MAKES NO SENSE! I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE REGARDING THIS MATTER IMMEDIATELY! THIS IS 1500$ THAT I HAVE NOT GOTTEN BACK FROM THIS COMPANY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE TREATMENT. AND IF I PAID CASH FOR MY ITEMS, AND THEY WERE RETURNED IN PERFECT CONDITION, THERE SHOULD BE NO ISSUE WITH GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK. THIS COMPANY IS STEALING FROM ME, I AM A SINGLE MOTHER OF TWO, AND COULD BE USING THAT MONEY WHERE IT NEED TO GO.

I need my refund!!

Now I did contact the GM of the store here in Lubbock Texas, and he LAUGHED at me an stated he WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY. I CAME IN like I said, confirmed that the person who got the money was NOT ME, I gave him MY ID, and he FREAKING LAUGHED! My MOTHER HAS TO HAVE A PROCEDURE NOW THAT IS LIFE THREATING, and he is now halting that, by not giving me what is OWED TO ME! If my mother dies, because I have not gotten my money, it will be on Best Buy, all I want is to get what is owed to me. That’s it. Sean is being a Jerk, just because his associates made a mistake, I SHOULD NOT BE PUNISHED FOR THEIR MISTAKE! Just PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK


No I do not want to deal with the Lubbock GM any further, he has laughed at me in my face several times, said hideous racist things to me! I just want my money back, my mother is dying!
