Best Buy sold my already paid for appliances

Our house burned completely on Jan.19,2021. On Sept of 2021 we visited Best Buy to purchase all new appliances for our new hime that was to be ready Dec 2021. We visited the GREENSBORO NC store and purchased a dishwasher, counter top stove, refrigerator and microwave and wall oven combo. Each had avail dates.. the sales person who helped us (Anthony) assured us he would hold all of our appliances in the store as they came in and deliver them all at once.. I kept getting emails about me returning my appliances and then making a new purchase. 1st of all we never returned anything and didnt repurchase anything as well. We contacted Anthony each time we got this notice on our appliances. He always assured us he is taking care of it just ignore the emails.. well around Nov. I visited the store and talked to Fred who is over the appliance dept. He looked online and at my acct and told me all of my appliances had been there at one time.. Mow moving in our house soon and have no appliances.. the granite installer and cabinet installer cant do anything u til these items are in my possession. So after losing ever thing we owned and finally trying to get our life back in order this happens.. now i am told they are unavailable and cant find any in other stores.. this is totally uncalled for and shady but most of all I have no appliances for my new house.. this seems illegal to me .. please give me advice. This should be able to be fixed especially when they sold my items that was ordered for me..
