Best Buy sold me a used TV as new

Bought an LG C2 Oled TV for $1799. Thought I was receiving a new TV, however, sadly, that was not the case. As I opened the box and took the TV out, I noticed that the instructions on how to mount the TV where missing. Big red flag. They forgot to put the instructions back in the box. So I resorted to watching a YouTube video on how to mount the TV. The mount was also scratched and there is writing on the bottom of it, and it's not in Korean. So that means that it was written on after manufacturing and only of someone had opened the box and taken the mount out in order to write on it. I took a picture of it. I wish I could upload photos here so that you guys could see.

Re: Best Buy sold me a used TV as new

Most LG OLED TVs are assembled in Mexico.  Why not just return/exchange it? Are you within your return policy?
