There are a number of concerns I have with this, the biggest being that the television was removed from its protective packaging and laid flat. If you’ve ever had windows or mirrors delivered, you know that they are always transported upright. This is because gravity can ccause it to crack just with the weight being too much for the thin glass to handle. Likewise, one bump as you were driving or lifting with too much force from that prone position could crack the television panel. Damaged products are not eligible for return under the return and exchange policy, but a moderator should be by soon to look into this further.

Not sure about TCL, but every other brand of TV shows NOT to transport it flat on the packaging. And that is with it still in the box. Unfortunately I'm with Best Buy on this one, they should not have to cover improper transportation damage.
But it was already broken cracked out of the box this is not my first time I transported a tv like that I done it before and never had a problem plus the Best Buy guy that help me put it on my car never mentioned anything about it so right there tells you that they have some faults to it they mention after the fact that I could’ve gotten free delivery but never mentioned it before but I believe 100% the tv was already cracked
