Hello, a few a months ago I bought a used iPhone from a store in Tacoma, Washington. When I went home and plugged the phone in I noticed the charging port was more "sensitive" than it should have been. What I mean by this is that whenever the cord was disturbed when it was charging it would lose connection to the charge. I didn't really worry about it because it didn't seem that bad. Cut to a few months later and now my phone won't charge at all. Is it too late to receive an exchange of any kind?

Hi there, michaelrygree,
Thank you for connecting with us on the Best Buy Forums and for taking the time to write in to us.
I recently had some issues with my phone charging port as well, so I understand how much of a drag that can be. Most of our items have a standard 15 day return period under our Return & Exchange Promise. With that being said, I’d be glad to see if we may have any other options available at this time. Depending on the Product Condition, it may have a limited manufacturer’s warranty, and we can check if there was an eligible Geek Squad Protection plan added on at the time of purchase. To investigate this further, feel free to send us a private message including your full name, phone number, email address, and the order number or Customer Service PIN associated with the purchase.
