Best Buy sent the wrong thing

Dear Best Buy


A while ago in December, my mom bought me a Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Nintendo Switch Bundle. When they sent it, apparently they sent the wrong thing and she did not notice it. A couple of days ago, my mom mentioned how she got me a bundle. I told her that she just got me the switch, not the bundle. Today she called the Best Buy number and they said that she did not buy a bundle. My mom also accidently deleted the reciept but said that you can acess the receipt. Will you please sed me the game?
