Ordered from Best Buy online on 11/27/19:

BestBuy discount: -$400.00 off Good through Cyber Monday 12/02/19
BestBuy Price: $499.99
Installment Payments: $16.67 for 30 months to AT&T
Activation Fee: $30.00
BestBuy Texted me on Monday 12/02/19 that I needed to call them because of a delay.
Said they could not get AT&T to put through the upgrade even when the person on the phone tried? She said she had to cancel the order but that I should be able to go into the store and they could take care of getting it put through.
I went to the BestBuy store on Monday 12/02/19 to order the phone again in person. The deal was still valid they took all my information and started processing it through AT&T through the computer. However this did not work so the employee called AT&T on two occasions to get it put through. The AT&T person told your employee that the problem was with BestBuy’s computer interface with AT&T and that it should have gone through. The AT&T person on the phone with your employee told them to try the next day.
So I came back the next day Tuesday 12/03/19 and the computer system between BestBuy and AT&T was working with no problem.
Worker at Best Buy gave me a Business card that says Best Buy corporate and the number: 1888 237 8289 and when after 30 min i got a live person he says that this number is not corporate but a call center and he cannot help me. Said I needed to talk to the store manager. Whom I asked to speak to yesterday but the manager never came out to talk to me.
Best Buy should honor the original sale price it is their fault they couldn't get it to go through until the day after the sale.

Somehow the end of the message was left out. Here it is below.
However when they got all the way through I was told that the price would now be $899.99. Obviously your sale was over. However since I had originally ordered on 11/27/19 and then reordered on 12/2/19 this is BestBuy’s issue and I should still be getting the original price.

As noted in our Terms & Conditions, we do reserve the right to cancel any order up until it is fulfilled. If we were not able to activate a phone due to communication issues with AT&T, we would not be able to honor previous pricing.
That said, you may reach out to Best Buy Mobile at (877) 702-2211 so we can look into this and see if anything is possible. I hope that we're able to find a solution for you.
