I recently bought an ipad air latest model from the Best Buy in town and figured out that I did not need it after all. I returned it but received 60 something dollars less than I originally paid for it. I also returned my keyboard and got 50 dollars less than I paid for it. What the heck is going on? I called the 800 number and they were not much help and the manager here is rude and I do not understand what the heck is going on and why I am out 112 dollars!!!!! I will also be returning the tv that I bought and will not ever shop at Best Buy again due to this.

I appreciate you reaching out and I'm sorry to hear you've faced these issues. It's certainly strange and something I can't say I've heard of before. I do apologize for the delayed response as the holiday season is in full-force. That being said, since you initially reached out, were you able to get this resolved?
