Best Buy claims I never returned an item and is charging me for it

I have a HUGE problem. One August 24, I bought an Alienware computer at Best Buy for $1,551.19. A couple of weeks later, on September 14, I ordered a Cyberpower gaming PC from the Best Buy website. I wasn't satisfied with either. So I returned them both on September 21. I checked my Best Buy credit card statement recently, and noticed the return for the Alienware computer hadn't been processed. I am still being charged for both. I contacted the store's manager, who checked the camera footage. He said that on camera, he only saw one computer being returned. This is impossible. I returned both computers, and even remember the lady at customer service opening both boxes to inspect the computers. I contacted the police department to file a report today, but they're hesitant to get involved because it all took place on private property. I then called the credit card, and filed a dispute. I'm not sure what else to do. I feel like I'm losing my mind, because I'm 100% sure I returned that computer to the Best Buy, and yet the manager is saying he only sees one computer on camera. I'm at my wit's end, and feel like I'm being told I'm a liar. What other recourses do I have?
