Best Buy are straight up thieves.

Don’t pre-order anything more than 180 days out, if you cancel, Best Buy customer service will straight up lie to you and say they issued a refund and PayPal is holding it up. You call PayPal and they’ll tell you no refund was issued, and since it’s more than 180 days, you just got robbed by Best Buy. Customer service lied on 4 different occasions about the refund, but couldn’t email me a confirmation. They can’t email anything… it’s 2022, my refrigerator emails me! Then after waiting for a supervisor on hold for over 20min (with the PayPal re on the line as well) they hang up on you. I’ll never spend a dime at Best Buy again. Let’s go Best Buy!
