Best Buy Pre-Order stuck in delayed status, endlessly putting holds on my card

I Pre-Ordered The Once upon a time in Hollywood steelbook on august 3, it was released September 27th. It is now October 21st and the film is still stuck in a “delayed” status and endlessly placing holds on my debit card! With NO options to cancel. Customer service has been useless, this is clearly a glitch on THERE end that needs to be resolved IMMEDIATELY.
