Guys .. pls provide me a resolution asap .. am at my wits end.
I bought a AT&T note 7 from best buy Gilroy CA 95020 (8/20/2016 )
Note 7 had battery issues and was recalled .
I returned the phone in best buy Gilroy 9/11/2016 .
.
My account was in auto-pay and I did not realize that they still are charging me for the phone .
I have spend lot of hours with BestBuy and ATT support with no resolution .
I have the best buy sales and return reciept.
You guys need to tell me how to resolve this issue .
It is a joke that inspite of spending countless hours in phone it is not going anywhere .
Can you pls help resolve this issue .

Hey bpalaiah,
Welcome to our forum, and I am sorry you are still being charged by AT&T for the Note 7 you returned to us way back on 9/11/2016. This simply should not be the case. As someone who rarely looks at the details of my bills, I can understand how you could overlook this charge on your AT&T bill. I would like to see what can be done about this, but to be clear it is AT&T that has been charging you for this phone; they are the ones who ultimately are going to have to get this taken care of. Could you send me a private message with your name, your phone number, the customer service pin number off the front of the receipt for the purchase of this phone, and the customer service pin number off the front of the receipt for the return of this phone? To send me a private message click on the private message button to the right of my signature.
Thanks,

Thanks Allan for the response .
The response from AT and T is that Best Buy has not notified them that the phone has been returned .
I am attaching the return reciepts and details in a private message
Please help fix this issue .

Hi bpalaiah,
Thanks for reaching out to me again on this. I had closed this case a long time ago as you hadn't reached out to me for almost a year on this. I do need to be clear on this. These charges are from AT&T, and because of this only AT& T has the ability to refund these charges for this Note 7 you returned to us back in 2016.
I did get your private message, but I thought it would be best to at least first respond to you publicly on this this. I have reached out to the store you returned this phone to asking them to contact their AT&T representative to see if they would be able to help you. Once I hear back from them I will post back to this thread.
Thanks,

Allan ..
Thanks for following up .
I have called AT and T guys multiple times and their standard response has been best buy has to let us know that the
phone has been returned .
I have been to best buy store and they said they will work with AT and T but the status quo prevails for the last 2 years.
I would really appreciate if you get this sorted out between BestBuy and AT and T and get my refund .
Regards
Bala
