Ordered some equipment from them more than a month ago for my Home Theater. Their installers did a nice job but there was some equipment that did not get used and we asked them take it back to the store and return it for us. They assured us that we would see a credit within 48 hours. A month and Irma later, we checked out credit card statement and there was no credit from Best Buy. So we decided to visit the store and the agent took down our information and promised to call us back. He never did. So we we went back after 3-4 days and spoke to the same agent who assured us that he would be escalating this to the supervisor level and that he would call us the next day. Again no response, so we went a 3rd and a 4th time. On the 4th time my husband talked to the Store Manager and the manager simply said that the items had never been returned as the installers have no recollection of taking anything back from our place. My husband pretty much lost his temper at this point and told the manager to let us talk to the installers face to face. This happened yesterday and we don't know if the manager will do something about this or will we have to eat the price of that equipment - $450. All, I can say is that my experience in dealing with this store has been very frustrating and unsatisfactory.
