Best Buy Cancled Item/I Need Refund ASAP

Best Buy is awful and their customer service rep for their 1-800 number is worse. I made an in store purchase of a gaming PC on 8/23/2021. Unfortunately the gaming PC was not in store and the store clerk had to order it. I received an email on 8/26 stating my order was delayed and I should receive it by 9/8. When I tried to go online to cancel, their system would not let me complete a full refund. I called the 1-800 number and the lady said there was nothing she could do until 9/8. She said it would automatically cancel and give me a full refund. I called to check on my refund after the 48 hours Best Buy request. My refund had not been processed. I The horrible customer service rep told me I would not receive the tax from my order and I needed to contact the store where I purchased my items from. After being on the phone with this incompetent man listening to his dog barking for a little over an hour, requesting a supervisor but never speaking to one, and not being able to get help, the rep told me after looking at this one, I had to wait another 48 hours. For my full refund. I will never purchase from @Bestbuy online or in store again. Horrible customer service. My son will not have his PC by his birthday thanks to @Bestbuy are you happy you ruined a little boy’s 9th birthday.
