Being lied to twice on a package intercept.

I'd like to start by saying...<br>Everyone told me to use Amazon. "Who still shops at a retail store?". My exact response was "dude, it's fine".<br><br>The one time I use Best Buy against the advice of everyone, you guys managed to lie to me not once, but twice on 2 different phone calls. When I called for the intercept of the package, he ensured me that it was done and ready. I think I asked him if he "was sure" about 10 times. So I called a 2nd time to confirm and he also said "Yes sir, I have intercepted the package and it will ship to the billing address". I had 2 different people confirm that the package had been successfully intercepted. Now, 12 hours later I get an email saying "we were unable to intercept the package". Who on Earth is running that place? How can you tell a customer twice that you've taken care of the issue and then 12 hours later you find out that they didn't do a darn thing. Very poor customer service, will never use Best Buy for ANYTHING. I don't care if my car was on fire and you guys had the last fire extinguisher, I'd let it burn before I ever deal with Best Buy again. I now have to wait at my old house like a crazy stalker to try and intercept the package myself or I can take a chance and see if the owner of the house will be honest and give me the package or just keep it. <br><br>Thanks for a great Wednesday Best Buy!

I sent you the requested information. I don't know how you can possibly make this right. Anything would be appreciated as this has wasted my whole day today.
