Hello I had my order cancelled last Monday (11/2) for a fridge that was cancelled by Best Buy because they could not get the product in. It is now 11/12 and my card still has not been refunded for the cancelled purchase. Any help on this would be great.

Depending on the form of payment used, refunds can take up to one full billing cycle to appear on your statement, but typically will reflect in the account sooner. I can certainly check to make sure that this refund was processed normally for you.
