Hello Best Buy,
Today, I was browsing online for a washer dryer combo. I found a suitable model for each, and saw online that an Open-Box, Satisfactory Condition Washer was available at my local Best Buy. Its retail value was $559.99, $140 less than a new washer of the same model. Being interested, I decided to investigate further.
I spoke to a man named Kevin on the phone. He confirmed the Open-Box washer was available in-store, and better yet, it's retail value was actually $489.99. Better savings! Purchases of Open Box, Satisfactory appliances can only be made in-store, and so I made my way over.
Upon arriving, I spoke with Chris and Bob in Appliances. They were very accomodating, and I appreciate their assistance. Unfortunately, though, it turned out that the Open-Box model I was told was available was nowhere to be found. Given that this was the last day of a July 4th sale, I decided to make a purchase using my Best Buy Rewards Card and set up a delivery date.
I do not appreciate being baited by savings that do not, in fact, exist. This is a failure in inventory and corporate logistics in my opinion, and without an effort to match the prices I was offered online and over the phone, I intend to cancel my order and search elsewhere for a better deal.

That link changes based on the person viewing it. For instance, it shows the stores around me. Which location did you have issues with the item not being available?
