Bad purchase

My wife and I went to the local bestbuy today to purchase 2 Echo Show 8 (2nd Gen) and a echo show 10 (3rd Gen). Upon opening one of the show 8s,we discovered the contents of the box included a brick and some trash. Immediately after discovering this we returned to the store only to be turned away and given a corporate phone #. Calling the # didn't help either since they directed me back to the store. Any help would be appreciated. We still have the receipt of the items we purchased and only wish to be reimbursed financially or with a show 8. Thank you!
