BOGO w/ AT&T Connection - Troublesome Offers by Best Buy

Purchased a mobile in Best Buy Mobile (De zavala) on April 10th with ATT connection.

I was told to pay for both devices for 3 months and would get a refund after 3 months.

 

Reported Best Buy and created an incident but no support so far.
Best buy case number: 
{removed per forum guidelines}

 

In the bill provided by Best Buy Mobile clearly states that $974.98 savings.

 

After multiple attempts to settle with AT&T, we decided to return the device to store due to lack of support from AT&T. Please guide in the process to do it. Expecting your early reply in this regard. We believe Best Buy is one of the customer centric organization and hence requesting for a refund soon.

 

If device return is not possible, request Best Buy to provide us $974.98 (savings as promised in the bill) towards the payment to AT&T.

 

6 months Payments to AT&T for device - $165
Payment for Gas & phone charges to follow up and recover - $ 50
Total Requested refund for device return- $215
