Awaitng Price Match

If someone is listening!!!!

 

I purchased Appliance set (Samsung Washer and Dryer) in store on October 15th. So close to Thanksgiving sale. It was delivered in a few days/week. During sale I was assured a pricematch, and any differences. Is that a scam, probably not, but there are issues with the process.

 

Within few days of its delivery its price dropped, I was in my return window. along with a substential amount to BBY GC. I asked pricematch, and sure enough that I was in policy. I was request for few days and check mailbox for GC. Within few days, I got partial price difference in my CC. But never received my GiftCard. I contacted Customer support, got reference numbers, but never received my GC. I am still waiting after calling for hours over the phone calls.

 

Can someone help?

I am having an issue with this as well. I bought a MacBook Air in November (2021) and later saw Black Friday deal on it ($50 cheaper) and contacted BB right away, was promised a refund. Never happened. Spent hours on chat and calls, was promised again…nothing. Again contacted BB via chat and nothing but empty promises…so frustrated. There is a LOT more to this story (had to follow BB rep’s directions and drag my business partner along to return and buy back the same MacBook to get my rewards points which didn’t resolve anything) but there is no one really interested to hear it. There is more and more incompetency and unprofessionalism of multiple agents and BB reps. I’ve been an elite plus member for 5 years and recommended BB to many, unfortunately I hear similar stories from my friends and consider take my business elsewhere.
So sad to see BB going this direction….

That's the thing, most of BBY customers are invested in it. But if BBY turns into a policy black hole, there's no reason for customer coming back to it. It is trust that brings me back to the store each time.

Yup, so true. I used to shop there for most of my office needs and beyond but since lately I have less and less trust I am looking at other options.
