Awaiting refund

Dear Best Buy,

 

After having spent many hours on the phone with your support team, I am no closer to resolving my issue.

This morning was the final straw.  I need help in solving a refund issue over a refrigerator purchase.

Can someone in authority at Best Buy please contact me?    Sincerely, GPE
