Hi my order number is {removed per forum guidelines}. I made a pick up order for an s22 ultra but cancelled the day after which was March 2. They told me it would take 5 business days for the authorization to reverse but it has now been 5 business days and I still haven't got it

I've read from many forums that the same thing happened where they are told it would be 5 business days but then weeks after they still haven't got it. I don't want this to be a repeat, I want the money from the authorization to be returned now as I need to pay for school soon
