I purchased the Armour Edge screen proector for my IphoneX two years ago. There is lifetime warranty for replacement while the BestBut said they no longer carrys the protector for IphoneX when I need the actual replacement. So that I have pay the shipping fee $8 for replacement. The funny thing is the BestBuy is carrying AE screen protector for advanced Iphone like Iphone12. It means they just intentionally avoid help replacement and cheat on the shipping expenses. How can that be an excuse to stop helping people claim the warranty. When I made the purchase at the very beginning, the shipping cost would be assumed being included in the orginal price since they promise to provide the in-store replacement. This is totally misleading!! I made the call to customer service while just wasted my 40 minutes for nothing solved. Sooooo disappointed!!

As jdogg836 mentioned, we are generally unable to process this exchange in our store locations. This process is completed directly by Armor Edge. With that said, we are unable to keep every type of screen protector in stock. In the future I would recommend checking our website to see if a product is available for pickup at your local Best Buy.

It's ridiculous for this explanation. When purchasing the screen proector, the assciate informed me that the lifetime warranty includes everything. Now I have to pay the $8, which I think it's equal to buying another protector again. Don't try to throw the problem back to the vendor. It's BestBuy's due deligence to perform this replacement since I make the purchase in BESTBUY and BESTBUY's sales person misleaded my purchase by intentionally hiding the change of warantty policy.
