I walked into the Peoria, IL store to get a replacement after my phone needed replaced under the manufacturer warranty (so of course the screen protector needs to come off - was cracked anyway). The store rep told me I would have to go to Armor Edge online to request the repolacement. Upon arriving at the checkout screen, AE shows a shipping cost of $8.00. The main reason for purchasing the AE was to be able to do it for no cost at Best Buy. If I wanted to pay shipping I would have purchased a Zagg because at least those dont chip after a week. This is shameful change of the warranty by Best Buy!

When Best Buy sold the screen protector, the agreement was that a replacement WILL be provided at the store. This eliminated wait times and the "shipping charge" from the manufacturer. If Best Buy wants to change the agreement, then they should offer a refund of the product as they are no longer willing to follow the terms they agreed too. Or I'd be more than happy for them to cover the shipping cost.
