Armor Edge screen protector

I bought an Armor Edge screen protector for an iPhone xsmax Y Best Buy in April and had it unsuspecting there. It has broken and I want to make sure I can have it replaced in store tomorrow via the warranty. I've seen different information from different best buy answers.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out! I certainly understand trepidation when seeing multiple answers when speaking to agents or perusing our forum. I’ll be happy to clarify!

 

Though most screen protectors carried in our stores do not have replacement services in store, currently, Armor Edge screen protectors that were purchased and installed at Best Buy should be replaceable in store under the manufacturer warranty. In your message, you mentioned that you were planning on heading into your local store on Wednesday. Did you end up heading in? If so, how did everything go?

I did go in and had no problem at the location in Fort Wayne Indiana at the Northcrest shopping center. Thanks!

That's not true. These particular screen protectors (Armour Edge) are replaced in store if purchased at best buy originally and installed there. I would either call customer service while in store and let them know you're having an issue, or a moderator here can contact the store for you.
