The “lifetime warranty” is facilitated by Armor Edge, as it always has been. Other than a brief window where they actively partnered with retailers to provide this service in store, the warranty offerings has remained consistent. As written, they have always offered their warranty replacements via mail, like Invisibleshield and other screen protector manufacturers.
At some point Best Buy was removed from that process, leaving the original written guarantee as the sole means to facilitate a warranty replacement.
Hope this helps clear up the issue you’re having with Armor Edge’s warranty process , as well as clarifying what role Best Buy once played.
